The full height staircases on 1930s mansion blocks often get over-looked during redecorations. The original windows are not galvanised (unlike SWS modern replacements) and therefore corrosion sets in. Acting as main contractors, SWS replaced 4 staircases at this particular mansion block with W20 range galvanised and powder coated double glazed windows.
